15 Ways to Quit Cereal!

Do you ever get sick of throwing together a bowl of cereal for the kids?  They could eat 3 bowls in a sitting if you'd let them! Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, they could eat it all day and never be full or nourished from it.

You know how much it does not serve their bodies... but it's so quick and so easy. 

I've been a victim of this trap for too long and I know I'm not the only Mom who struggles with this!

Last Fall, I got serious about ditching our dependence on cereal and I'm so proud of the progress we have made and stuck with. 

To be fair, we still buy cereal, but we do not rely on it like we used to and are much more intentional about which kinds we get.
