A Quarter of beef is around 100-150 pounds hanging weight. $250 deposit (non-refundable) per quarter of beef is required to reserve. Customer pays balance via cash, check or venmo to K & M Fischer Farm and pays processing directly to the processor (George’s City Meats, Nicollet MN) at time of pickup.
