Half-Hog Bulk Deposit
These hogs spend their days running around their large dirt lot, rolling in mud wallows and using trees for back-scratching. Our animals have constant access to the outdoors and are fed organic grains.
A Half Hog is around 100-150 pounds hanging weight. $150 deposit (non-refundable) per half hog is required to reserve. Customer pays balance at the rate of $3.50/lb hanging weight via cash, check or venmo to K & M Fischer Farm and pays processing directly to the processor (George’s City Meats, Nicollet MN - Schweiss Meats, Sleepy Eye MN - Odenthal Meats, New Prague MN) at time of pickup.
