100% Grass-Fed Beef. Our cows are rotated regularly onto fresh pasture during the grazing season and fed unsprayed hay during the colder months. A deposit of $250 per quarter of beef is required to hold your reservation. Customer pays a balance at rate of $5/lb based on the hanging weight of the animal to K & M Fischer Farm. Customer also pays processing separately to the processor directly.
We raise smaller-framed cattle (Red Devon and Aberdeen) that excel at grazing. Each quarter is 100-150 lbs of meat.
